What we pay for, and what we don't
Being straight about this saves you an afternoon. If a piece is on the second list, say so in the photographs and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth collecting.
- Pieces that are broken beyond repair — snapped frames, water or fire damage.
- Mattresses that are stained, damp or have been in storage with pests.
- Built-in kitchens and fitted wardrobes that cannot come out in one piece.
- Appliances that do not switch on at all (repairable ones, we will still look at).

What decides the price
Nobody can price furniture from a description alone, but these four things move the number more than anything else — and knowing them means you can tell whether an offer is fair.
Age and brand
A two-year-old branded sofa is worth several times a ten-year-old one of the same size. Keep the receipt if you have it.
Condition
Tears, stains, water marks and missing screws all come off the price. Clean, complete pieces get the best offer.
How much there is
A full flat in one visit is worth more per piece than a single item — one trip, one crew, one load.
Access
Ground floor with a service lift is quicker than a fourth-floor walk-up. It rarely changes the price, but tell us in advance.

The questions every seller asks, answered before you have to.
How much is my used furniture worth?
It depends on brand, age and condition — a two-year-old sofa in good shape is worth considerably more than a ten-year-old one with tears. Send photographs on WhatsApp and we will give you a real figure, free, usually within the hour.
Do you charge for pickup or dismantling?
No. Collection, dismantling, labour and transport are free when we buy from you. The price we agree is the cash you receive.
Will you buy just one item?
Yes. A single wardrobe, one fridge, one sofa — we buy single pieces as happily as full villas. There is no minimum.
How fast can you collect?
In most parts of Dubai, the same day. Message in the morning and we can usually be with you that afternoon or evening — we are open until 11 PM, seven days a week.
How and when do you pay?
Cash, in full, at the moment of collection — before anything leaves the flat. Bank transfer can be arranged for larger office and commercial clearances.
Do you clear a whole villa or office in one visit?
That is most of what we do. One visit, our own crew and transport, everything out — furniture, appliances, electronics and the bits nobody wants. Handover-ready, so you can give the keys back.
What do you not buy?
Anything broken beyond repair, mattresses that are stained or damp, built-in kitchens and fitted wardrobes that cannot come out in one piece, and appliances that do not switch on at all. If you are unsure, send a photograph — it costs nothing to ask.
Do you buy from outside Dubai?
Yes — Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates, usually the next day rather than the same day. For a full villa or office lot, we will come anywhere in the UAE.
Do you buy furniture in any condition?
Almost. Scratches, faded fabric, a missing screw or a door that needs rehanging are all normal and we price around them — most of what we buy needs some work before it goes back on the floor. What we cannot use is anything broken past repair, water or fire damaged, or a mattress that is stained or damp. Send a photograph of the worst bit rather than the best one and you will get an accurate figure first time.
How should I photograph my furniture to get the best price?
Four things make a valuation quick and accurate: shoot in daylight with the curtains open, get the whole piece in frame rather than a close-up, take one photo of any damage, and send the brand label or receipt if you still have it. Tell us the room count and your area in the same message and we can usually price the lot without a visit.
Do I need the original receipt or warranty?
No, and most people do not have them. A receipt or a brand label helps at the top end — it is the difference between "a leather sofa" and "a two-year-old leather sofa from a known brand" — but nothing depends on it. We buy on condition, not paperwork.
