The business works in both directions, and that is the whole point of it. Furniture comes in from people leaving the country, moving flats or closing an office; it is cleaned, repaired where it needs repairing and tested; and it goes back out to families furnishing a place on a budget. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer, which is why the floor looks different every week and why the prices stay where they are.
You are dealing with the shop directly — the same people value your furniture, load it, price it and deliver it. There is no call centre in between, and no agent taking a cut of what you are paid.

What are your opening hours?
Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. We are open on public holidays as usual. Evenings are the quietest time to come and look properly.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any day we are open. If you want something specific held aside, message us on WhatsApp first and we will keep it on the side for the day.
Do you both buy and sell?
Both, and they are the same business: we buy furniture and appliances from people moving out, clean and check them, and sell them on to people moving in. That is why the stock changes every week.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Hindi, Urdu and Arabic. Send a voice note on WhatsApp if that is easier than typing.
How do you take payment?
Cash is easiest, both ways — you pay cash when you buy, and we pay cash when we buy from you. For larger orders, office clearances and company invoices, bank transfer can be arranged.
Do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver across Dubai, usually the same or the next day. Delivery is free on full room sets and flat packages. For a single small item there may be a small charge depending on your area — ask when you agree the price, not after.
